• Rate $130/hour

• Call your insurance: ask what your deductible is and what percentage they cover for out-of-network physical therapy

  • With high deductible plans, you will be paying out of pocket whether you see someone in or out of your network​

• Medicare patients accepted: you still pay at the time of service but I submit a a form and you will be reimbursed from medicare

• PIP (Personal Injury Protection) from motor vehicle accidents is accepted

• Card, check or cash accepted, including HSA card
